IN-STORE PURCHASES

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase with original receipt, with deduction of 20% restocking fee, for a store credit only.

  • Clothing Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.

  • All returns are issued as store credit only. No cash refunds.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your store credit.

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale.

ONLINE PURCHASES

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery and only store credit can be issued with deduction of 20% restocking fee.

  • Clothing Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

  • Contact us at moonlightcrystalsandearth@gmail.com or call 614-531-0100 to start a return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • All returns are issued as store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at moonlightcrystalsandearth@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

SERVICES

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment receive a full refund mines 20% service fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
